RETURN POLICY

 

Don't love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 5 days from the date your order is received to return for a store credit.

Effective 1/25/2017 Tavia P. Shoes does not issue refunds for returned items. 

We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.

Items returned within 5 days from the delivery date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you.

All items are returned to Tavia P. Shoes at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
